  Food is good but every time I'm here and order a basket of fries they lie to me. And tell me they don't have it. It would be fine if this happens 1-3 times but not gonna lie to you month after month I come back look I would be fine with it if I got a refund for it or something but the replacement which is two mediums in not "the equivalent" to a basket of fries.

  Went through the drive through. They forgot my Mcchicken, 3 nuggets from my 10 piece meal, and forgot my sweet and sour sauce. They even repeated my order to me at the drive through. How do you forget 3 things?

  Order- 10 piece McNugget meal (LG) fry and Coke Zero. triple cheeseburger. Result- all right except received double cheeseburger, no straw, no napkins, and when asked manager for 3 hot mustards and 2 honeys, he sighed and said ok. I know it was manager b/c no one where’s the black manager shirt (albeit 2 sizes too small) except them. Not horrible but dam. I paid for it. Shouldn’t I get it? It’s not about what you think I should have but what I ordered

  I was incorrectly charged for a medium drink when I had ordered an extra small drink with my Happy Meal. Furthermore, I experienced poor service as I had to wait for staff to attend to me despite the manager assuring me multiple times that someone would be with me shortly. The staff seemed more engaged in conversation about personal matters than attending to customers. The manager appeared indifferent to the situation, and with another customer having waited before me for their food, I ended up leaving with my order before he received his order.
