    I go to this Wendy’s almost every morning for 1 chicken biscuit. Today I was in line for almost 20 minutes just for them to be wondering what my order even was when I got to the window. There’s a couple older women that are either passive aggressive or just don’t say anything to you, like they did today. There’s a younger guy that works the window sometimes and he’s the best, upbeat and friendly. I feel bad for him because none of these reviews reflect how he treats customers, because a majority of the rest of the team hates their job and makes sure the customer knows about it. Most people there at 8am like I was have places to be, and can’t afford to be there for 20minutes yall need to fix the whole restaurant. Another one of the past times I was there they tried to make me go inside because they rang my mobile drive through order up as carry out. I had already been in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes, I wasn’t going inside, they literally had my order sitting right there and I refused to just give it to me, so I sat there until they did. And no I didn’t ring it in wrong, I even showed them my phone said drive thru. I worked in fast food for 5 years at a place far busier than this, so i understand to a certain degree, but it truly isn’t that hard.

    The staff at 6pm on August 13th was super awesome.i love when y'all give me a cup of ice. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The staff was very supportive and helpful and made me feel like a value customer. This is my home away from home. This is my heaven.
