  I understand that food service can be stressful at times, however, excellence must be maintained when handling people’s food. This was not the case here. My visit was at 1am after sitting at the doctors. There was no one in drive thru or at the window, so they were not busy at this time. I should have checked my order however, the staff seemed nice and I figured no one could mess up this order as it was not a complicated order. I will include a pic of the receipt. We ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, double beef cheesy burrito, a double stack taco and a steak quesadilla. Took the order home to relax and eat and when I open my order to add my fire sauce, ingredients were missing such as the meat. One Gordita has nothing in it, and the rest of the order barely had anything in it at all. The only thing that was fine was the quesadilla. I live pretty far away from this establishment. So at this point I couldn’t return the items because then there would be reasonable doubt for tampering and I doubt they would accept it this close to time for closing. I’ve read numerous reviews for this location before posting, and it’s frightening at how often people are experiencing the same thing at this location specifically. It seems to be a very common practice here which is very unprofessional and this establishment should close for not following what I’m assuming for a chain retail excellence standard. You should return these people’s money and apologize. My family and myself will not return to this location.

  I don’t visit this Taco Bell very often. I ordered two food items in the drive-through on 12/11/25. A Steak poblano quesadilla for me and nacho fries for my daughter. After getting 3/4 done with my quesadilla, I bit into something very hard. I thought it was maybe a piece of hard pepper, but it was a black round piece of hard plastic. Like a cap end to something. In my opinion, I don’t understand how that could end up in my quesadilla without the worker seeing it. It did not feel good biting into it and my teeth hurt for a couple days. i’m just glad it was me and not my daughter. Which she could’ve chocked on it. I filed a report with the GM… as of 12/21 I still have not heard from corporate regarding the incident. That is so unacceptable. I will never do business here again. Just goes to show you that they don’t care about their customers. 😡 Here are the photos that I took and the one with a quarter to compare size is the one the general manager took.

  The service was amazing. A gentleman named Bobby serviced us and he was so kind and helpful. Give that man a raise.
