I placed an order at 1:30 for pickup at 5:15 and they never have it ready when I get there it's always late why preorder on the app if they can't tell time. This is the third and last time I order from this location. Three strikes and you are out.

At least the first time they offered me something else this time I said I'd take a 6 inch instead and asked for a cookie to replace the other 6 inch I wasn't getting and they said they can't do it. These girls were in there laughing and acting like it's funny. Well you've now lost a frequent customer.

Only complaint is ordering online and then having to wait 20mins after it says to show up waiting on my sandwiches.
- PRPamela RambarranSep 22, 20251.0Highly disappointed in this Subway location. Went in for a couple of subs and there was one person in front of me and he ended up walking out. The lettuce and tomatoes were old and mushy looking and when the man asked for fresh she gave him some kind of explanation about not having time to do that every morning and said it with an attitude. Then she took the tomato bin out and reached in and started throwing the worst ones in the trash! The girl who was making the sandwiches kept ignoring the first person in line and started asking people behind what they wanted. It was such a fiasco that I left with only jalapeños and yellow peppers on our sandwiches! Tried calling the manager but the mailbox was full! Needless to say I’m never going back there!
