He deserves a raise. He was pleasant from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out. He was very professional, kind and had remarkable customer service skills!! Thank you!! I placed an order at 1:30 for pickup at 5:15 and they never have it ready when I get there it's always late why preorder on the app if they can't tell time. This is the third and last time I order from this location. Three strikes and you are out.

At least the first time they offered me something else this time I said I'd take a 6 inch instead and asked for a cookie to replace the other 6 inch I wasn't getting and they said they can't do it. These girls were in there laughing and acting like it's funny. Well you've now lost a frequent customer.
