The parking situation is not ideal at this location and the building needs some overall maintenance. But, the dinning area is clean and the staff are great which is why this is our location of choice out of the ones in Cleveland, TN. They are always very friendly with a great attitude and they make the best subs! At the location on Stuart rd, the employees are rude. The district manager of all the Cleveland Locations, Peggy, and her husband (also a manager) are also very rude he threw my sandwich on the shelf right in front of me when he knew I was standing there right in front of the register waiting on him. They won't even speak to you when you come in or leave and act like your presence is a bother to them.

As far as the up keep of the building, the district manager Peggy needs to make some improvements to make the appearance and cleanliness better starting with the filthy ceiling tiles and dirty air ducts.

Tosha was my server today at this subway location and she did amazing. It appeared she was running the nightshift by herself, keeping the store clean while getting me back on the road. Great work!
