The girl was making my sandwich. She put me on it that was brown, and it was a cold cut. It was brown in the middle. She was gonna let me keep it on there until I said something. I guess Subway quality has went down. Because you get a pence, a lettuce for a foot long 4 tomatoes, 4 foot long and you get more Mayonnaise than your sandwich can hold. So i'm done with subway.Just can't do it.No more

The parking situation is not ideal at this location and the building needs some overall maintenance. But, the dinning area is clean and the staff are great which is why this is our location of choice out of the ones in Cleveland, TN. They are always very friendly with a great attitude and they make the best subs! At the location on Stuart rd, the employees are rude. The district manager of all the Cleveland Locations, Peggy, and her husband (also a manager) are also very rude he threw my sandwich on the shelf right in front of me when he knew I was standing there right in front of the register waiting on him. They won't even speak to you when you come in or leave and act like your presence is a bother to them.
