I went just today (12/9/25) and pressed the button, activated it, saw the girl go answer the call switch and never address me. She just stared at me through the window. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. The food is never good; it tastes like it’s been sitting for a while. I’ve ordered popcorn chicken before and the order was at the car before I even had time to pay (less than a minute) and I know from working at a sonic that it takes several minutes to cook chicken. Save your money and go to cookout, where the food is much better and way cheaper than the garbage this location serves. There were also several stalls that were out of order, leaving people circling the building to find one that works because they put the tiny signs on the board where you can’t see them until you pull into the stall.

Then notice my hot dog was a chili cheese dog.Told her about itm she said she could change it.I said no by the time it's fixed my fries will be cold. Came home with what I didn't order, and the fries were cold and stale any way. Why did I even add a tip for this terrible meal. Won't be back.
