The employees are always courteous; the tables are clean, and the food is ready quickly. They are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, and Keisha goes above and beyond to make sure my special order is done right. You really can’t beat the service at this price point.

The staff (especially Ms. Sabra, Ms. Ashley and Ms. Miranda) are always welcoming and friendly. We love Fazoli's. My child has an eating disorder and is very limited on "safe foods" and I'm gluten free and and we both are able to find something to eat here and it's nice to not feel any judgment when we order the same exact meal every single time.

She has worked with our college and young adult ministry gatherings and has been extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to serve our group. Her communication is clear, her organization is excellent, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Because of the outstanding care she provided, we also asked her to help cater an event for one of our university athletic teams. Once again, she delivered with excellence. We couldn’t recommend Fazoli’s and especially Ashley more highly. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and commitment to serving people well truly set her apart.

But today I actually dined in and ordered the Loaded Baked Spaghetti, subbed mushrooms for chicken… and it was absolutely incredible. The portion was huge. Plus you get unlimited breadsticks when you dine in. It was affordable, filling, and genuinely satisfying. Safe to say I’ve been underestimating Fazoli’s.
