We ordered lasagna, baked ziti, and donuts. Everything was hot and fresh, and the bag was packed thoughtfully with utensils, napkins, parmesan, and chili flake packets. The lasagne and baked ziti was very good and the portions generous. The garlic bread was fresh, and perfectly seasoned and the donuts soft and the perfect sweetness. Overall, it was a solid experience and a very good meal. I’m giving Fazoli’s 4 stars because I reserve 5 stars for truly exceptional experiences, and while this was very good, it didn’t quite reach that level. I would definitely recommend Fazoli’s though based on our recent visit.
