I order a hot drink. They tell me they cleaned the milk steamer too and they can’t do ANY hot drinks. Took my business elsewhere. What kind of coffee shop stops serving coffee or hot drinks an hour and a half before close? Ridiculous.

The time I sat there and counted the food and identified something missing before pulling away, the employee acted miffed when I told her what was missing. She got me the items and did not apologize for the mistake. I'm not sure what's wrong with the employees at this location, but they never get it right and never apologize. I will not be returning here since they apparently have no problem stealing my money regularly.

I’ve been asked to wait one evening because they were short handed. I gladly said yes and waited and never said a word, and tipped 5.00. To have a male get smart with me and give me attitude because I asked for less ice. He let me know quickly that that wasn’t gonna give me more of the drink. Which was fine. I wasn’t trying to get more drink. I drink it slow and I can’t stand the ice melting and watering my Matcha down. To slam my drink on the counter. I never said a word and left. Today the girl at the window when I made a mobile order and thought I applied the free donut. Her smart mouth and then just walking off from the window and leaving it open. I was beyond nice. I was just going to ask for a pup cup since I just picked up 2 drinks at 15.00.
