I have noticed that the new manager is not as effective and has a poor attitude. Furthermore, the new management has implemented a policy of charging for every item, including a cup of ice, which is simply frozen water. I appreciate Nikki, who is a valued employee and consistently provides excellent service. She is the primary reason I continue to visit this establishment. If she is not preparing my order, I do not visit. Additionally, the staff no longer toss chicken in sauce as they are supposed to, which is a standard practice. I am giving this establishment three stars solely because of Nikki's exceptional service. She consistently maintains a positive attitude and is always friendly.

Made the whole ice cream taste bad. Normally the cookie dough has, well, cookie dough chewy consistency. This one tonight the pieces seemed dry and crumbly and legit tasted expired. I genuinely would like a refund and hope yall change out your expired ingredients.
