  The wings are always good. You have to wait for them to cook, but at least they cook them fresh, so they are super tasty.

  Wish they had a new drive thru communication system. At least 3 of my last 5 orders were INCORRECT and once I pull away there is NO WAY to get it corrected without parking, walking into the cold wind and rain, and standing there waiting. As a disabled senior citizen I resent that even when I turn off my motor to minimize the background noise, I still can't understand the order taker, and she still can't understand me, even when I repeat myself several times. The problem is either: 1. Your deficient and defective two way system at the drive thru; or 2. The failure to adequately train the order takers in how to properly use the equipment, and how to speak clearly into the microphone, and LISTEN. "NO MAYONNAISE" does NOT mean "EXTRA MAYONNAISE." Of course, another explanation for the "errors" could be that this is being done intentionally by the employees as a discriminatory tactic. Maybe unordered mayonnaise is more acceptable than how hateful employees of a certain competitor of Cherkers who spit on hamburgers of "certain" customers.

  I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 1 regular, and 1 plain. I opened the plain one to eat as I left the parking lot. I was disappointed because the meat was only warm, and it was very dry.

  The Checkers on 25th street as got the worst crew working for them that I have ever seen. I pulled up and sat for 5mins no one ever said a word so I pulled to the window they were just standing there looking at each other and the same kid whose waited on me before was there again it acts like his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor. I told I sat there for 5 mins no one said anything he said my Jeep was to loud it didn't register in his headset and no my Jeep isn't that loud it has a miss to it but not loud enough he couldn't hear and that's the last time I'm going back update I also wanted to add my neighbor was with me and they refused to take her capital one American express credit card said they don't except those kinds of cards but according to my research checkers takes all major credit card including capital one American express
