They are very stingy with the food like egg and cheese biscuits. We ordered two to get enough egg to put on one and it’s still not enough. It still don’t even cover the biscuit with two egg biscuits. I said it was policy to only use 1 ounce of egg and she wasn’t changing her policy very rude to I feel like if you get a egg and cheese biscuit, you should at least get a whole egg on your biscuit. we went to the one on King Street. It was the manager who took her order on Saturday morning, March 7 She wasn’t wearing her name tag, but she completely doesn’t know what she is doing.

Unfortunately, visited this place at 6pm yesterday, having visited in the past unscathed. Was a "dine-in". They took my order from the only working cash register by the drive in. Waited 10 minutes while I watched the one person who was actually working tell other customers that there was no chicken. Noticed that the front booth was conspicuously empty of food. In the kitchen were some biscuits, lots of kids standing around, and a single container under a heat lamp with rather odd-colored chicken. Upon receiving my order, I quickly determined why and demanded a refund. The chicken I received was covered in oil and soot from the fryer. Lady would only provide a refund after instructing me to blame the "general manager"' in my evaluation. Curiously insisted that they would retain my receipt with all the restaurant and transaction info. I might sympathize with her situation, but why did she decide to process my order if it was so obvious that their chicken was inedible and (for all I know) toxic? Didn't even bite into the chicken breast and still took a while to get that burnt tire taste out of my mouth. I guess the "general manager" was absent, alright. Probably should stay that way. No point in trying to "move product" when there is no product to move. Lights out, folks. My misadventure there gave me the impression of a franchise location that was being run into the ground and would get shut down in short order, especially if a health inspector dropped by. Thinking twice about visiting any fast food joints now. Some slightly more "slow-food" oriented places are holding up better, but many familiar brands are turning into "no-go zones", kind of like the lobby of a big city bus terminal.

The absolute worse Bojangles I have ever ate at. They couldn’t get the order right to begin with. Then the order was wrong and the food was burnt. I will never be back! 28.00 wasted !!! The food and service was the same for me and my husband.

Food was cold. Husband's Mac and cheese was so old the oil from the cheese sauce had already started separating out of the sauce. Cold chicken is dangerous. And ours was definitely not hot. I work in a restaurant so I know Tennessee has state standards on hold times and temperatures. My husband visited the men's restrooms and there was feces smeared on the bottom of the bowl of the toilet. This place needs to do better.
