- HHHarleyQ75Mar 29, 20261.0I come here almost every Sunday and order through the app and pick it up through the window. On the app I had to transfer some of my rewards over but it still charged me on my debit card lost those rewards. I went inside to ask one of the employees how to fix this so I'm not losing my rewards but still getting charged. She raised up her hands in a rude way and said I know nothing about how to work that app. No smile no I'm sorry nothing. She then walked away from me and another lady walked up tried to help but that didn't work. I had to still go around the drive-thru to get my food because that's how it was set up in the app. And whenever I went to the window the first lady that I had spoke with on the inside was so rude was at the drive-thru window handed me my food did not smile did not say I'm sorry for the troubles had a frown on her face. Handed me my food not one smile. I told her she's just rude. Will not come back to this Dunkin.

Welll I get there and to my dismay, I hear " we don't have any munchkins right now, you should have come earlier.i said. no thanks and left the drive thru

It is refreshing to speak with the folks here as they greet you warmly and look at you when speaking with them. My small black coffee is always hot and fresh and served with a smile.
