Had the worst experience tonight on 04/03/26.
Ordered a coney combo, the screen gives prompts once you pay letting you know it received payment-kitchen-on the way and tells you who is bringing your food. It tells me Josh is bringing my food, so i wait, wait and wait. 5 minutes later I press the button to call and let them know I have not received my food yet, guy tells me what I ordered and tells me they are making it fresh, ok kool. I give it 5 more minutes, mind you it’s been way over 30 minutes at this point. I press the button again and say if it’s not made you can give me a refund, but he says I’m bringing now. Food comes, not what I ordered! I’m frustrated and hungry at this point and tell him just have the manager give me a refund. He goes back in and I pull up to the front to make contact with manager.
I come to the door and a RUDE EMPLOYEE named SIERRA comes to the door and I let her know I would like a refund and she had the nerve to tell me that I will have to wait 15-20min to get it because they are busy!!! EXCUSE ME!!!! I told her I would like to talk to a manager to give me a refund and I will not be waiting the 15 to 20 minutes to get it. She said that they are busy and I said well other people can wait the way I waited and still didn’t receive my food. she proceeds to slam the door in my face and that’s when I got rude with her. We went back-and-forth and everyone in there heard what was going on. She needs to be fired and I just want to thank the young black lady who was a manager tonight. I didn’t get her name for being calm and holding her composure and assisting me in getting my refund instead of waiting 20 minutes.

We waited over a half hour for our 2 blast and the app said the pickup order was completed. The workers were all just standing around inside on their phones. Besides the red shirt lady,who I'm guessing is the manager, was busy standing outside talking to 2 people and smoking weed with them. I suggest going to a different sonic. This all started around 9:30pm. And our oder wasn't even correct.

After waiting 30 minutes for a drink I left. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot and 4 employees standing around talking.

Thank God we don’t eat our food on the way home. We sat with the kids at the table and blessed our food like we do. Thankfully they forgot my husband Shanda State to his drink, which forced him to take the top off to drink his sprite. When he did he found black and brown particles floating in his drink. We gasped! Then immediately I thanked the Lord for protecting my husband from an awful drink. Sonic needs to work on their service and cleanliness. Now we know and will check all drinks from now on from anywhere we go
