  So let me tell y’all about my adventure at Pizza Hut last night… because this wasn’t just dinner — this was a whole episode of “Where in the World is My Pizza?” 🍕😂 I pull up at 9:40 PM to grab my online order — feeling good, hungry, ready. I ordered the $30 deal, upgraded BOTH pizzas to large like I’m living my best life. I get to the window… and the guy casually tells me, “Yeah… we lost your pizza.” Sir… how do you LOSE a whole pizza?? It didn’t walk out the store 😭 So I’m like, okay cool, remake it. No problem. Then a few minutes later he comes back like, “Never mind, we found it.” FOUND IT?? WHERE WAS IT?? On vacation?? 😭😂 So now I’m handed TWO pizzas — the “missing person” pizza and the “backup plan” pizza. I get home thinking maybe this is a blessing… Nope. The “lost” pizza and everything else? COLD. Like it had been through winter storm Armageddon. The other pizza? Not even fully cooked. Dough still fighting for its life. At this point we said forget it… and drove to Domino’s 😭 And listen… we even gave the Domino’s workers the remake Tavern pizza like, “Y’all try this… we don’t trust it.” 😂 Called the next day and spoke to the manager — and I WILL say, she was amazing and handled it professionally 👏 We even brought back the wings and pizzas that night… BUT I’m not gonna lie… Them breadsticks?? Fresh. Hot. Blessed by the Lord himself. 10/10 😂🔥 So overall: Pizza Hut = hide and seek champion 🏆🍕 Breadsticks = the real MVP Manager = deserves a raise

  Just had an horrible experience with this location. This is my 2nd time ordering from here for delivery. The 1st time there was no problem. This time, the driver delivered my order to another customer who was kind enough to call me to let me know that the driver left the order on the ground and when they tried waving him down, he left already. The worst part was when I called and explained everything to the manager and told her that I wanted the tip I gave the driver back initially, she informed me that she couldn’t do that. I told her to cancel my entire order & give me my money back. She insisted on giving me an in-store credit. I don’t want it! I want my money back & order somewhere else. So, I’m forced to dispute this on my credit card because of the driver’s incompetence & the manager trying to force me to reorder the same thing that I already ordered!

  This place is trash. They give unrealistic time frames for your delivery. I called to ask about the status of the delivery and I was routed to three different people and still never received an answer after requesting to speak to a manager. I’ll never order from this place again. Marcos here I come!

  Pizza was great had it coming right out the out the oven when I arrived. I love pizza huts sauce I order it all the time big thanks for a great meal at a great price. :D
