  I never have a bad experience here. I eat lunch here a couple times a month and my pan pizza is always fluffy and topped to my liking.

  The employees were excellent. I walked in all the tables were dirty and I mean dirty. The pizza was undercooked and there's no waitresses at all.

  People are great and if you want to eat at a table you can. You could probably have the entire restaurant to your self Enjoy your time

  Lunch time, older lady alone in the store, seems incapable of greeting or being polite. Never a « Hi », « good morning », let alone « how you doing? », all I get is « not ready yet » as I made eye contact. EVERY. TIME.

  I placed my order at 7:11 p.m., and the website indicated that my pizza was out for delivery with an estimated arrival time of 7:40 p.m. When the order had not arrived by 7:55 p.m., I called to inquire about its status. An employee advised that the driver had experienced car trouble, that my food had been remade, and that it was on the way. At approximately 8:30 p.m., I called again for an update. At that time, the employee was unable to provide any information regarding the driver or delivery status. Given the lack of communication and extended delay, I requested that the order be canceled and a refund issued. Despite this request, the pizza was delivered approximately 15 minutes later and arrived cold, which further compounded the issue. As a long-standing customer who has spent a significant amount of money with your company over the years, I am disappointed by how this situation was handled. I am requesting written confirmation that my order was canceled and that a full refund will be processed promptly. Please let me know who I need to contact to obtain this confirmation.
