- RHRachel HinkleMar 26, 20261.0We had a very bad experience. The table vibrated & it was extremely extremely hot. We decided after ordering drinks that we did not want to stay there. So I asked the waitress when she brought the drink to the table to bring me a to go cup since I was gonna pay for the drink but not stay. She had the bread with her, but she never put it it on the table so we never got bread. She walked off, started taking orders from another table stood there and talked completely and totally disregarded that we didn't want to stay there. She never brought me the to go cup. I ended up paying for the drink and the bread that we never had brought to the table so never got to drink anything or eat the bread. And when we got up to leave, there wasn't a manager anywhere around to make a complain too about the negative experience.

DoorDash refused to credit us the correct amount since it was the Dasher’s fault for grabbing the wrong bag (we ordered $250 worth of food for a celebratory meal.) Even though it was NOT Outback’s fault, Shannon still made it her mission to correct the problem. We were given the correct order, plus gift cards, plus dessert as an apology from a business that was NOT at fault. If you want genuine, above and beyond service, go check out Outback. A huge thanks again to Shannon & Sheryl for making this night so much better, and for having such amazing customer service hospitality!!!
