  EVERYDAY I ORDER THE COFFEE. EVERYDAY THEY MESS IT UP! EVERYDAY I HAVE TO GO BACK INSIDE BECAUSE THE COFFEE IS ALL CREAM WITH 3/4 ICE! FLAVOR IN THE COFFEE I DIDN'T ASK FOR! Is it so hard to make ICED COFFEE, CREAM, SUGAR! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST! It’s not like I’m picky! THEN WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE TO FIX THE COFFEE EMPLOYEES WALK RIGHT PAST YOU LIKE YOU'RE INVISIBLE! THE MANAGERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! IS THERE NOT A FORMULA TO MAKING A ICED COFFEE THAT EVERYONE CAN FOLLOW TO GIVE CUSTOMERS CONSISTENT EXPECTATION! It doesn’t matter if the coffee is hot or cold! They even don’t give you cream and sugar when you get hot coffee! It’s not worth 1.00 for coffee if you waste 20 min of your life to get one. Drive thru is ALWAYS SLOW! PEOPLE INSIDE ALWAYS SLOW! COFFEE IS MADE WRONG YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE! LIKE SEVERELY WRONG TO THE POINT THE COFFEE IS WHITE BECAUSE THERE IS SOOOO MUCH CREAM! After I tell them the coffee is made wrong they make it worse the second time with ZERO ICE NO CREAM NO SUGAR! It’s actually INSANE! EVEN WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLAINING THEY SCREW UP COFFEE! By far the worst McDonald in Clarksville. I’d rather drive a little further to the one on Madison than visit this PLACE EVER AGAIN! They will NOT get my business!

  Not very happy, I went inside around 10:40 to place an order because the drive through line was long and I wanted to make sure I got my breakfast order in before 11am. My order was placed around10:46ish and I picked to pay at the counter, they had a sign saying it was kiosk only, already aggravated by that. 20 minutes go by and my order still hasn’t been handed out. Go stand at the counter until a gentleman came up to help me, I told him that i placed an order 20 minutes ago and it hasn’t come out and that I still needed to pay. He the. Proceeds to tell me since I didn’t pay for it before 11 I could no longer get breakfast even though I placed it 15 minutes before 11am. Complete bullshit, wasted 30 minutes for nothing, don’t come to this McDonald’s

  Dont get doordash orders late here. You'll be sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. I regret taking order very much

  General manager verbally abuses employees in front of customers, she told me personally that I had to leave even though I was a customer just because I was talking to one of her employees because she wasn't busy and I knew her outside of McDonald's. Her name is Jackie I believe, horrible woman and her ponytail looked like a rat tail.
