  Went specifically for the k pop meal. The food was fresh, but once eaten there were no cards. My child's smile quickly turned into a frown. Way to drop the ball guys......

  Ordered a mobile order the morning of April 1st and when I got there they told me they aren't taking orders, including mobile orders. They told me I would have to wait 24 hours to get a refund since I had already paid on the app. Ridiculous.

  Whoever was making the food at 4pm today needs to be retrained…. Big Mac had inside buns for the outer buns and the meat was like jerky, I took a picture of part of the crusty meat in the bottom of the Big Mac carton. My kids burger bun was rock hard, I’m talking about cement hard like it made noise when you tap it on the table. The cheese on the meat looks like somebody scraped pieces from the bottom of the cheese container to Frankenstein a slice together and then stepped on it lol. The food was just bad, when you spend $40+ bucks on food you expect it to be edible and presentable, I don’t care if it’s “Mc Donald’s”, they should still make it right and not give out old stale crap just because it’s the drive thru and the people won’t know till they get home. Shameful.

  One of the workers told me to shut up, then she proceeded to cuss me out. Another worker ignored when i was trying to ask a simple question. 1 Star
