  Literally sat at in the drive thru for 4 minutes. Drove up to the window. Dudes sitting there eating in the office area. Looked at us. Looks back at his phone. We drive to the second window and a girl says "We were wanting to hold off on orders. I guess pull back around" what the hell? It's a 24/7 McDonald's and the workers were rude as hell. I expect this from McDonald's honestly. It's my fault for wanting to eat out.

  It's McDonald's food, so nothing spectacular, but the service we received today (Saturday 4 April around 1120) was top tier. The first window cashier (Destiny) was super kind and easy to deal with. The main window (wish I would of caught her name, older black lady) was amazing as well. Super kind and easy to speak to ! Probably the best customer experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

  Rude employees. Waited over 5 minutes at the counter for the employee to tell me she wouldn't take my order. She told me I could only order at the kiosk. I just needed 2 drinks. 5 employees kept looking over but no one came to help. One lady waited almost the same amount of time just to get a straw. Bathrooms were not clean, lots of tables were dirty. Overall this restaurant left a really bad impression. Definitely will not stop here again on our way through Clarksville.

  We are traveling from Tennessee back home to Missouri. We stopped to eat and take a small break. The food was delicious, super fresh and full of flavor. I got a bacon egg McGriddle and my husband got the burritos. The eggs were so fluffy and moist the cheese was melted perfectly and the hash brown was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Definitely stop for breakfast here!

  Right from the get go I felt a sense of attitude when ordering. I got asked if I was using the mobile app. I reply, "yes I am." Silence, and then the lady responds. "Ok, and" . Then I get up to the window, I get handed a drink, no straw and no straw in the bag either. I am waiting for my other drink and the lady comes back to the window asking me if I needed something. I responded that I didn't get my other drink nor did I get any straws. Her eyes roll and she grabs some straws. Then comes back to window again with a small drink. I said I ordered a large. Her body language and and eye roll again screams terrible attitude. Tells me to pull up to the next window. I finally get the correct drink and pull away. My son then tells me we didn't get the right order. I am pretty pissed off at this point. I go inside and the 'attitude lady' is standing there, looks at me and then turns the other way. Then what appears to be the manager comes up to ask if she can help me. She was polite and corrected my order. Apologized sincerely also. If it wasn't for the manager, I definitely would of come 'unglued'. I suggest monitoring the employees attitude and pull them aside to correct them.
