  every time i do an online order it’s rushed and I don’t get what I ordered but the McDonald’s located up the road from this one gives better service and is very understanding

  I walked out of this restaurant feeling like I needed disinfected. It was hard to get the food down because the whole experience kind of grossed me out. It took about an hour to get my (very small) order. During the time, several peoplefrom the drive-thru came in the building to complain that their orders weren't right. After about 45 minutes, the only polite worker there came over and said "You've been standing here a long time. Can I see your receipt?" I don't even think they could find our order but they threw a bunch of stuff together for us. There was no sauce on my fish fillet and none on my daughter's burger. It was just kind of stale and gross. During the last part, some people came in that smelled like weed to the extreme. I've smelled weed before, but this just made me sick to my stomach. It smelled up the whole store. Also the floor was so sticky that my feet were almost stuck to it by the time I was done standing there. And to make it really weird, the whole time we we're standing there, some kind of alarm was going off that nobody seemed to be able to hear. It was like one of their machines beeping or something. We're not going to make it as a society.

  Ordered thru drive thru. Mobile order. The order taker was very loud on the speaker and loudly asked if I was using my app. Then he said, for Shurnn. My name is Sharon. I get my order and the crispy chicken looked like it was cooked in burnt grease and was rubbery. Not to my liking at all. Mind you it was young kids working the morning shift. I returned back to McDonald's and asked for a manager. The manager has me pull up to wait for fresh chicken. I didn't get a picture of the crispy chicken. I wouldn't feed it to a stray dog on the street.

  I truly believe that this might be the worst McDonalds I have been to in my 28 years on the Earth. Not once, not twice, but EIGHT consecutive times something on my order has been messed up when I either got to the window or tried ordering from the screen. Even mobile orders have been messed up once I got there. I’ve been sent to wait in the overflow parking many of those times, and every time I’ve initially been handed the wrong order, only for my actual order to eventually come out and be lukewarm. Half the workers have no clue what they’re doing, often not knowing what menu items are even listed. I legitimately believe children could do a better job at this establishment.

  Got an order worth $60 most nuggets. Ordered extra sauces for my picky kids. It was the dinner rush so I asked the lady at the window if she prior the sauces in the bag and she said yes. I drove home and surprise no sauces. I called the store. Spoke to the manager Mia and she was very helpful. Mistakes happen, how you handle them makes all the difference. 4 stars for messing up but 5 stars for customer service.
