  I go through the line to get two donuts the two donuts cost Me $4.36. I gave the cashier a $20 bill. The cashier intern gives me $16.60 and tell me that he’s sorry that he’s keeping my four pennies because of the penny shortage, I in turn tell the young man hold on let me give you a penny, in which I did and then he holds a penny, as if though he is confused I said sir give me my nickel please, him and the so-called female manager stands there deeply confused because they did not understand that if I gave you $20.01 you should give me back $15.65 and I said you probably need to work on your math skills. Mind you it was only me and him is at the window and she (Manager on Duty) overheard me talking to him then she comes in. Hey leave him alone now you got your donuts, no, you do not talk to customers, as if they are stupid. I explained to her I’m not being facetious. This is a teaching moment, it wasn’t intended to be mean. Parents please teach your children how to count without a calculator or a machine telling them how much something is, this upset me really bad because you are a kid and you’re not gonna disrespect me cause I didn’t disrespect, you remember teach your children how to properly count to avoid them thinking that someone is picking on them.

  They got rid of the lemon filled donut, but every other donuts were good and the new OREO Cookies & Kreme Filled Doughnut was good.

  To start when me and my sister entered, we asked the guy working if they had a specific donut and he said no, we then asked if there were any original glazed sine we didn’t see any on the rack and he was confused and said original glazed with confusion, which then we said the ones you’re known for and then he said oh yes, and then some other girl came and helped us, we believe her name is Dedriyon helping us at 8:09pm on 2/15, was very rude from the start. She asked how many donuts we planned on getting & my sister I thought was getting a lot of donuts, but didn't, so I asked to combine the order. The girl rolled her eyes & said so how many donuts & I said around 6-7. I placed my order & when she went to ring me up she had 2 boxes. I told her I wanted to combine my order, she then rolled her eyes again & was just very rude the entire time and I said oh, we don’t want those extra two that my sister initially ordered and only want a total of 7 donuts, to which she rudely walked away to then get a bag for the 7th donut to be in. By then, my sister had it with her attitude & lack of customer service & asked to speak with the manager, then some lady came out & we explained the situation & then the other girl piped up & said well you guys changed your order & very rudely saying it as if it was our fault for her attitude problem & her almost charging us more for donuts & then her supposed manager told her let me handle this & rang us up, but I’m pretty sure Dedriyon is the initial girl since her name is on my receipt & was already ringing us up when this happened. The manager wasn’t being very nice either & then we asked what the girls name was and the manager said she was not going to tell us & when we asked what the managers name was, she also said I’m not giving that to you. When asked if she’s the actual store manager, she said no, she was just the acting manager that night. No employee was wearing name tags and they refused to give us their names, since they likely knew we would be putting in a bad review about them. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years dealing with all kinds of customers & even on your worst days, you still have to smile & be nice to customers. These young ladies should not be in the customer service industry if they can’t handle a quick change to combine orders and then have a full blown attitude about it. It was a very awful experience. I am in Tennessee visiting my sister and we were getting donuts for our kids on a whim that night and to be treated so rudely at the end of our night definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. My sister said she will not be supporting your establishment location ever again with a staff working there like that. Thanks for hearing me out. Those girls definitely need some sort of disciplinarian action.

  As always, excellent service. The only reason why they didn't get four stars on the food is because I was buying leftover, older donuts. Not as fresh, but I knew what I was getting. They were still good.
