I have been going to this location for years, but given a recent experience I feel I need to come to the team's defense! There is usually a wait at this location, as it is very popular, and is in the same parking lot as a gym, grocery store, and shops like marshalls and homegoods, etc.. But my food is usually fresh, and the staff is polite. I was in here the other night and had waited a good amount of time, which is fine, because thanks to the employees I don't have to cook my own food! Two other patrons were loudly berating the staff to me, who were clearly in the middle of their dinner rush, saying things like "they were clearly in no hurry,"etc.. I looked over at the staff and everysingle person in that kitchen was working on a task, no one was on their phone, and they were all attnending customers, cooking, etc.. Not to mention that they had a line around the building. I think that wait times are a little long, but I think that has more to do with the variety of food as well as the fact that they cook the burgers fresh. Thank you to the workers of this location for making us our dinners!

The doors to the dining room were locked tonight at 6:50 PM when I tried them, both doors! I called them and the guy said they were short-staffed. I told him I was going to call corporate and he couldn't care less. Also, I ate here about two weeks ago and the service and food really went to trash. This place used to be great-so sad.
