I understand when a place may be busy, but after waiting for almost 15 minutes we still didn't get straws, sauces or napkins. The girl at the pick up window didn't say a word even though the three cars in line had to wait as long as they did and the salad looked like trash. It's never been that bad and I guess I won't be going back to that location. We don't get fast food anymore except once in a blue moon and this is exactly why.
