- KCKudu Crusader1 day ago1.0Waited in line for an hour for an order I placed A whole hour prior. Was told Multiple time to wait. This happens Nearly every time anyone from town comes to this tropical smoothie and it’s outrageous. Come to find out, the food had been ready for a whole hour and just sat there. Absolutely refuse to come Back. Can’t believe I would Bother even tipping with how poor everything was.

- WSWes SFeb 25, 20262.0Chicken in the chicken wraps are clearly microwaved chicken pieces. 2 wraps and 2 smoothies almost cost $40. There was ZERO seasoning in my jerk wrap. If I'm in a pinch and need something healthy, this might have been ok, but it takes FOREVER to get your food and drinks through the drive through. The staff was a bunch of young kids that aren't necessarily rude, but they definitely don't know what customer service is. Not going back any time soon.

We arrived at 4:54pm, tried the door, it was locked. We figure the lobby is probably just closed due to the weather. So we go to the drive thru, sit there for like 10 minutes and nobody answers, so we pull up to the window. Employee notices, and before we can even tell her we were just here to pick up an order she cuts us off: "We're closed". Okay cool, we paid for our food which we can see sitting there, which is what we told her. We could've gotten it before you closed had someone answered in the drive thru. We understand that the weather has places on weird hours, but maybe put up a sign and also don't be rude.
