Every single time I buy an açaí bowl here, it’s the same problem: they give me a solid block of frozen açaí, literally a chunk of ice, with fruit thrown on top. There is no way to eat it. You can’t scoop it, you can’t mix it, you can’t enjoy it. If I wanted a fruit salad, I would order a fruit salad. An açaí bowl is supposed to be smooth, blended, and edible, not a frozen brick. By the time it starts melting, the fruit is warm and soggy and the whole thing is ruined. This is not cheap, and it’s honestly ridiculous to keep selling something that’s basically inedible. Either learn how to prepare an açaí bowl correctly or stop selling them. I’m tired of wasting my money.

No tipping is expected anywhere on the planet for this kind of food service. Why???? I am not coming back due to this.

My daughter's breakfast quesadilla was so burnt and crispy she couldn't eat it, shes a toddler and struggles with crunchy foods. Hence why we ordered her a quesadilla. Her sweet potato bites were so burnt they were black. The smoothies were ok though.

I really hope management gets some more competent employees. The drive thru is a total disaster. Plan to spend 30 mins waiting everytime and get your order wrong most times
