Okay listen… this is my Taco Bell. It’s the one closest to my house, I am a sucker for convenience I have a big family, and I regularly drop $50–$100 here without blinking. I love Taco Bell. I believe in Taco Bell. I will defend Baja Blast with my whole chest. But this store? It’s a gamble every single time. Some days it’s elite. Hot, fresh, tacos packed right, everything perfect. Other days it’s like someone sat on the bag before handing it to me. I’ve opened hard tacos that were so crushed I had to eat them with a spoon like taco cereal. Sometimes there’s barely a teaspoon of meat in there. Other times they load it up like they care about me. I just never know which version I’m getting. Now let’s talk about the drinks because this is personal. I only get Baja Blast. That’s it. That’s the tweet. When it’s right, it’s magical. But there have been multiple times where it tastes like straight carbonated water because the syrup is clearly running low and nobody changed it. Not “a little off.” I mean spicy TV static water. If I’m paying for Baja Blast, I want Baja Blast... not LaCroix. Service depends on the time of day. Daytime: food is usually right but the wait is long and the vibes can be… aggressive.. Most of the workers are super rude some of them are not though. Nighttime: people are nicer and faster, but the order might be completely wrong. Pick your fighter. And listen… I know this is Taco Bell. This is drunk food. This is 10pm “I don’t feel like cooking” food. I’m not expecting five-star sanitation. But if crusty prebusted sauce packets are getting tossed in the bag and exploding into my Cinnabon Delights, we gotta tighten up just a little bit. I’m realistic… but let’s keep it within reason 😭 I genuinely prefer this location... When it’s good, it’s GOOD. I just wish it wasn’t a 50/50 surprise every time I pull up. Because of the surprise I usually make the drive to the Taco Bell that's closest to Exit 1. Pictures reflect broken tacos watered-down LaCroix flavored Baja Blast also they reflect the difference in how full sometimes the cinnamon twists are some occasions I'll have four little pieces in the bag and other occasions I'll have a huge portion... I also added in a few screenshots of my recent orders so you guys can get an idea of how often and how much I spend when I go but yeah it's not always a million bucks but money is money these days

I have to assume I'm not the only one, but please, for the love of God, get rid of the touch screen and go back to real customer service

I give the service three stars because the last couple times we have come in here we have gotten mixups in our orders. They would forget something entirely or forget to doctor up the food. Fortunately we ate in all those times so it was an easy fix but still. Other than that it’s a great place. The staff seem to try really hard to run this place properly. Seems like they are running the place with not enough people.

Avoid this Taco Bell location entirely. I've come to this Taco Bell maybe a dozen times in the last few years and EVERY SINGLE TIME they get something wrong. I ask for no tomatoes, they're covered in it. I ask for 2 of the same order and I'll get 1 1/2 of it. You ask for 2 Baja blasts and a coke and you'll get 1 Baja blast, 1 coke, and 1 sweet tea. The food is usually relatively ok other thab that. Its a Taco Bell so what else would you expect, really. The thing that makes this place a total 1 star is the employees that work here. They're rude. They don't care one single bit about getting your order right or wrong. They frankly just seem like terrible employees. For the price of fast food these days I'm done dealing with discrepancies in my orders. Take the extra 5 minute drive down the road to go to the other one instead.
