  Do not waste your time or money going to this store!! I have given them several several chances to do better and they just don’t! I always order 50% more meat and rarely, if ever, actually get it. I’ve called a few times just to let them know. They have never done anything but say “sorry about that”. Never offered to refund what I paid for the extra meat. This time when I got home not only did I not get my extra meat, there was barely ANY MEAT AT ALL!! So I called and asked for a manager. No one there but the guy that made my sub and he insisted it had what it was suppose to. I’m posting a picture of the sandwich. You be the judge. Also. I always want it toasted it has never, not once, actually been toasted. It’s been thrown in for 1/2 a second. I even tried asking for them to double toast it and it’s still not toasted. It’s soggy. I always have to put it in my air fryer when I get it home. Also the bacon is basically raw. This is a horrible subway!! With rude and unprofessional employees. Save your money or go to the subway on Madison. Much better service all around. This one was just a bit closer for me but I’ll be making the little bit longer trip from now on!!!

  This foot-long sandwich doesn’t have enough meat. I ordered 50% more meat for this specific sandwich and this is all I received. I called and asked for a manager and they were unavailable. I talked to the guy that made the sandwich and he insisted this was good enough. I will be driving further for Subway® from now on instead of this store.

  This Subway is a little tired. The tired vegetables were lined up backwards- lettuce at the end of the line, rather than at the beginning. The bread was kinda dry. Not normal for a Subway. The exterior of the building looked nice, although I wanted to wash the windows myself. I normally love Subways since it is a healthy place for a quick sandwich.

  Erin and Aidan gave me, possibly, the best tuna sub I've ever had. I eat things in every area code im in. Best tuna sub, I've ever had!! Thanks, guys.

  I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway location. The employee named Lora was extremely rude, dismissive, and treated me and my son with clear disrespect. She rushed us through our order, spoke in a cold and unfriendly tone, and made us feel very unwelcome. What shocked me the most was when I went to use the restroom—Laura saw me approaching, deliberately rushed ahead, and locked the door in front of me. Her behavior felt not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. No one should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service and basic respect from their staff in the future
