Not normal for a Subway. The exterior of the building looked nice, although I wanted to wash the windows myself. I normally love Subways since it is a healthy place for a quick sandwich.

The employee named Lora was extremely rude, dismissive, and treated me and my son with clear disrespect. She rushed us through our order, spoke in a cold and unfriendly tone, and made us feel very unwelcome. What shocked me the most was when I went to use the restroom—Laura saw me approaching, deliberately rushed ahead, and locked the door in front of me. Her behavior felt not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. No one should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service and basic respect from their staff in the future
