  Wife ordered my sandwich through the app, called me to verify it was right. Get to this wal mart location and foreign dude was rude and unforgiving. They made the sandwich with onions and mayo (2 things I absolutely cant eat) and is telling me to take them off. I explained I cant take the onion flavor out of my steak or the mayo taste out of the bread and meat. He didn't care and wouldn't remake my sandwich properly and hung up ony wife when she called back in. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE, ever.

  The lady making the sandwiches was super rude and had an attitude…. Lettuce was brown brown….just not a good experience

  I walk in and guy says "what do you want!" I laughed and go uhh a sub. I order my steak and provolone. The proceeds to put it in the toaster for literally 5 seconds pulls it out and none of the cheese is melted and ask me for toppings ! I looked at him and told him put it right back in and run it for the FULL 35 seconds (I worked at a subway) and asked him "seriously? You're going to try to serve me cold steak ? the cheese isn't even melted dude" he doesn't say anything I ate it was okay but I won't eat here again. The steak thing is wild, good way to get sick....

  The guy behind the counter never acknowledged me patiently waiting to order. He then proceeded to shut everything down and turn the lights off. It was 7:30pm! I guess he was done working for the evening. Well I guess I am done going to that subway. I learned my lesson... convenience is not worth the sacrifice of customer service. I will stick with the subway just down Madison St.

  Service was absolutely terrible. Walked up, guy said absolutely nothing to me or my wife. Just stared at us until we started our order. Never once asked us about what we wanted. Him and the other worker made the entire ordering process extremely awkward by not engaging at all. Felt as though both workers were extremely rude by not speaking a word to us. Young workers with no supervision or training it seems like. Every worker in the store had headphones in and seemed more concerned with that and their phones and not the customers or actually doing their job.
