He was trying to prepare customer orders online orders & bake bread & cookies at the same time. Veggie trays were almost empty (10:50 am), none were prepped. Lettuce was brown. This wasn't the first time he was put in this situation according to the employee, but he handled the rush easily!! Makes an excellent sandwich! This location is always lacking fresh food, or any food at all!! Always out of something! Dont get a fountain drink. Horrible!! Never enough employees! It needs new management or even ownership at this point!

They let me come back in & pay for a bag of chips separately because my husband changed his mind - still said nothing. I almost left but thought to check the bag & came back in to ask how we can correct the missing cookies since I paid (they can’t refund) and they’re out. Offered me a bag of chips… 😒 after I already paid for one…Also only had 4 flavor of the least popular flavors. I settled to take 2 fountain drinks I didn’t want. I get home & the bread is hard & about burnt. Now I’ve had an upset stomach since eating it… will be taking a break from this location.
