  I rarely leave reviews because I believe in giving workers grace. However, I had a really disappointing experience yesterday. I ordered a Coke and waited about 20 minutes to receive it. When it finally arrived, it was extremely watery and tasted terrible. I understand that machines sometimes need to be replenished, but it would have been nice to be informed rather than waiting that long for something that clearly wasn’t right.

  To the lazy manager sitting in the corner taking orders while the rest of his crew runs the store, we both know the blast machine isn't broken. its the exact same machine as the shakes, the shakes just take added half and half. Do better. Help your team. Do your jobs, lying about downed machines is the opposite.

  I love this location. The staff are all very sweet and kind, service is typically pretty quick and I rarely have any issues with my order. Keep up the good work!!
