It was awful every single time and i don’t think i’ve ever been upset enough to put in a bad review. Today was my last straw i ordered a tuna sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Besides waiting for twenty minutes the sandwich was completely deconstructed in the wrapping ( meaning my tuna was on top of the two pieces of bread) which is ridiculous. i also ordered a sweet tea and received un-sweet. the lady working the drive through needs to find a different job as she rushes you to make a decision but you may not even receive what you ended up ordering. the last time i went there i got grilled cheese and tomato soup and received someone else’s order entirely. She is rude and doesn’t care to be there or to make sure things are done right. Will be driving to riverside for my panera from now on.

I really love Panera but I will not be a returning customer, it is to long of a wait & to expensive for the small amount that I received.
