  My son is autistic, and he loves the Big Mac but he only wants ketchup on it and they always get it wrong!!! I always have to take onions or some cheese!! I don't complain because all they do is wipe it off and hand the same sandwich back to me so I just do it myself. We love McDonald's just wish they pay better attention to special orders.

  Had me in line for 20 minutes just so that when I got my food finally, my sandwhich was stale and warm at best. When I called to make a complaint I spoke to Ryan and he was the only nice person there, asked for my name and said for me to come through the drive through and tell them what happened and ask for my food to be remade when I’m ready to come back. 5 days later I came back through the drive through and did exactly as he told me. The person at the speaker told me just to come to the window and explain it. I waiting in line and when I came to the window I was met with attitude, the lady wasn’t expecting me to be at the window with the situation so she told me I had to come inside. I asked her why I have to come in and that I didn’t want to bc I have already waited my time in line, she gave me eye rolls and more attitude and demanded I come inside or they couldn’t help me. So I parked and went inside. I was met with a third person that had no clue why I was there so I was met yet again with more attitude, she said they only had one manager in and that the manager was in the middle of an interview so that I’d have to wait atleast 10 minutes until I could even talk to a manager let alone who knows if or when they’d remake my food. Why they didn’t reschedule the interview if only one manager was in idk but very unprofessional. I was then very clearly agitated and i had let her know I’d just come back another day. She then gave me the death stare, rolled her eyes then said “OKAY, BYE!” As if I had done anything. That place is a mess. Don’t bother coming here unless you want bad food, bad service and bad energy.

  Where is McDonald’s ever teenagers goofing off eating at the drive-through window while they gave you your food keep giving you the wrong food. No drinks like a whole mess. Worst McDonald’s ever

  I rarely write review but I had to for this. I ordered 2 McGriddles and a diet coke. Get home and I was given mcnuggets, a mcgriddle with changes, hasbrown, and a regular coke. Went back to the location and explained I did not receive the correct order and showed them the 2 differing numbers I received. 1332 and 1228. Then when they have me come up to the next window I was given 2 hasbrowns instead of McGriddles. I rarely write reviews but I was blown away by the order being completely wrong twice.

  Go here if you want to wait at the speaker for 20 minutes because they're only answering one lane after they told you to hold on so 10 cars go through that came in after you, then wait in line for 45 more, and then have to call them to remind them you've been waiting at the window for 30 minutes, so by then you just spent $50 on cold poison, and it's wrong and missing half of it. Oh and don't expect an apology. How dare you expect fast food to be fast or your order to be correct, or hell, for them to even acknowledge your existence. It's your fault ya know. Anyway, we go to the one in Oak Grove if we want McDonald's. Way way way way better. I will never go back to this location, because I value my time.
