  Came here for breakfast. Waited at the the Drive thru window for almost 10 mins. Got it home and only got 2 meals right out of 7. Terrible, not hard to follow a receipt that has what to put into a bag! If any McDonald's store deserves the federal minimum wage ($7.25) its this one. Dont come to this one. If the workers are getting more than that may as well back track and save the money. Absolute garbage of a restaurant.

  I just left here and had a terrible experience. My food was cold, burgers with everything on them had only meat and cheese, and the soft drinks were water. I do not blame the young people working there because what they truly lack is leadership at this specific location. You can’t tell me that a manager doesn’t see what’s going on but still allows this to happen. You can not tell me that a manager doesn’t see these reviews but refuses to make changes. Well… not a good manager anyway. A good manager would instruct their employees to clean their uniforms, wear hair nets, not use slang when taking orders, pay attention to make sure orders are correct and at the very least have manners. For anyone reading this, save your money or go some place else. Don’t believe me? Read a few more reviews.

  I'm pregnant and have been craving specifically McDonald's hamburgers. The burgers are great but multiple times I'm having to wait 10 - 20 mins to get one hamburger and some fries. I usually go to the drive through and they've sent me to the second window and literally forgotten about me. When I complained I was met with attitude. Also for 11 bucks a meal the service should be polite and quick. By far one of the worst McDonald's I've been to.

  Very disappointed with my order. I ordered a mcdouble with no pickles and a snack wrap.And instead got a mcdouble with pickles, and they added big mac sauce. On top of that, my snack wrap had barely any lettuce, which was stuffed to the bottom of the wrap, and the chicken was dark like it had been sitting for a long time. When I tried to call to let management know the phone is constantly on a busy signal.

  TLDR: Go somewhere else, this place will disappoint you and the workers are awful with no care in the world. Save your money or go to Oak Grove, it’s way better; I promise. Let me tell you, I used to go to this McDonalds as it was my go to for fries and a Coke/Dr. Pepper, with an occasional morning breakfast run with the family. Lately it has missed all the marks. The customer service has dropped so drastically that minimal interaction with the workers is best, they have no respect and don’t care if you are waiting to make an order, or just asking for a napkin. They are getting paid either way so it doesn’t matter. The food is atrocious. The Dr. Pepper is either straight syrup or only carbonated water, I have been three times and either the drink is incorrect or tastes so bad you just want to throw it out. The final straw was the morning breakfast with the family. Pancakes were hard and could snap if you bent them, everything just tastes as if it was sitting there to 24 hours before they sent it.
