  There's a bit heavy set female managerbwith Red Hair that was talking to i guess her boyfriend in the lobby while he was eating. I was there for about 10 minutes waiting for two burritos. She only went back behind the counter because another manager needed to ask her a question about the maintenance man there.. there was a man there waiting before I was for at least 10 minutes for just a frappe. All she's doing is making excuses as to why the food isn't ready yet. Then she rudely tosses down a bag of old burritos. Which is absolutely ridiculous with how long I had to wait for them. I tell her to make me some fresh ones, she throws that back to. The black man walking around cleaning the lobby, was working harder than people BOH. This McDonald's needs to be knocked down or at least new management.

  The place is usually dirty. The service in the afternoon definitely isn't as good as in the morning. And I feel like the only reason the service is good in the morning is because there is a white boy with long hair with a silver septum piercing and drive through that keeps the whole damn store running with a smile. Drive thru at least. Whoever he is, bravo kid. Silver septum piercing, with long hair. You can't miss'm. I wish I knew his name, but McDonald's on ft Campbell blvd, you know who he is, give him his props

  I have never experienced disrespect by a bunch of teenagers, making up a crew in my whole life. The entire crew mocked me and called me names like pathetic and laughed and made jokes because I returned a milkshake. I will never go to this restaurant again. This is actually my second Bad experience. The teenagers that work at this restaurant at night are absolutely out of control. Whoever runs this store is a terrible manager. After reading all the reviews here whoever's in charge of this restaurant at a higher level is terrible as well. I don't understand how it's still in business.

  My wife got 4 of huntrix lunch meals, got home after a 5 min drive it was cold and missing some of the items. I gave a call back and rude service from the male manager.

  This isn't a great McDonald's. I only give it 3 stars because today I ordered my burgers without ordering my fries. The girl at the window said "i gotchu" & then proceeded to give me the coldest oldest fries they had. I mean I'm grateful for the generosity, but I would have paid for fresh fries😂. Also, I bet this Big Mac with taste a lot better with the Big Mac sauce actually ON the burger, it filled up half of the inside of the box. Ehh 3 star. Not great, but could be worse 🫳🏿
