  I want to thank the front lobby lady and manager lady for being so patient with me. I was a bit out of line and they still went out of their way to make my day better. I know the app can have problems with orders and they were able to take care of my problem. Thank you both so much.

  As someone who has to have food to take medication I was in an bind and needing lunch and ordered my favorite meal for today. I was starving and tracking the delivery with Uber Eats. The Uber driver drove right passed my house and marked it delivered but never delivered. Within a minute I called the store and the manager was so wondeful and had the order remade and delivered with their delivery driver. As you can imagine I was still watching and the Jimmy John's delivery driver was so wonderful and I cannot thank yall enough for making things right. I never have any issues when ordering from here and will continue to do so.
