  We made a reservation for 7:15 and were told by the bartender that there would still be a 20-minute wait. When we mentioned that we had a reservation, the response was dismissive and the wait time remained the same. After the hostess arrived and asked for our party size, we were told to have a seat, but no one came to check on us, offer menus, or provide any further communication. After waiting about 10 minutes without acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend.

  We were staying at this hotel and figured we would just order from the restaurant and eat in our room. First, there are no menus in the room, which is weird. There was a QR code that when I clicked ‘dining’ it brought me to the reservations page for the hotel. I finally had to look up the restaurant on Google. I think they were short staffed because no one answered and I think the menu wasn’t current because what I ordered wasn’t prepared the way it said it would be online. I ended up going down to order in person. Initially i ordered a burger but they were out. I looked at the menu again and decided on the shrimp and grits but the bartender/server/ possibly even the cook was missing for a while (which is why I’m joking about her being the cook too) after about 10 min I just walked off and figured I just wouldn’t eat. I had to take my dog out tho about 20 min later so stopped back in and ordered. When I finally got my food it was not worth the wait. The shrimp was super salty and over seasoned. The grits were dry and flavorless. The creme brulee was green? And not bruleed. So for $9 I got room temp green pudding. I spent $38 (including tip) and ate maybe 4 bites total of the 2 items I ordered. If they can’t properly make creme brulee to go then say that. But since I was a hotel guest they could have just prepared it as if I was eating it at the restaurant and asked me to just leave the dish in the room. It was disappointing

  If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited over 2 hours for my food, finally got it but didn’t get my appetizers tell after I got my main course. And the one thing I could understand from the menu was a burger, a steak burger to be exact, it was raw like rare. I asked for it to be well done.
