- CMCassidy MennerichFeb 25, 20262.0I have loved this location and their order ahead but the last two times I've ordered ahead, it has been a huge problem. I'm ordering ahead 10-20 minutes before I arrive and they just "add me to the queue" when I get there PAST the pickup time. Last week, I still waited 10 more minutes after arriving for 1 drink and 3 food items. See the photo below for how the food was given. Then this morning, I placed my order for a single drink when I left my house, arrived almost 20 minutes after the order was placed to see if I could mitigate the time issue, and they still had not even started it. I was once again added to the queue. Waiting 30 minutes for an order after ordering ahead is not exactly best practice. I understand things get busy but they should either not advertise order ahead, OR have the ability to just shut it down if they cannot promise what they are advertising. Once again, I LOVE this location, but there's got to be better supports in place for the staff to be able to perform what Dutch Bros. is offering their customers.

You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
