The employees were extremely lovely. We could hear them not only communicating but encouraging each other! It was so refreshing to see a work environment that was so inviting and engaging. My 6 year old daughter even noticed! Definitely will be coming back.

We had a cheer competition today and I was a little frazzled but she lightened my spirits so much! She made me an amazing soda she recommended and wrote a super sweet message on the lid for my kiddo and I - cheering us on! Lastly the crew is delightful! Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve come nearly every day for years — and the difference in service since Destiny left has been hard to ignore. The energy that used to make this place so special just isn’t there anymore. Some of the newer baristas seem completely disengaged, like they’re just trying to push customers through as fast as possible with no real care or connection. What finally pushed me to write this review was an experience I had last week, around 2 p.m. on the 15th. I pulled up for my usual order and waited all the way to the window before anyone even acknowledged me. Not the end of the world, but disappointing for a place that used to feel so warm and friendly. When I did get to the window, though, I could clearly hear one of the baristas inside talking about another employee in the most unprofessional way imaginable. She was loudly discussing a “disgusting wound” someone had, bragging about how close she is with the manager, and even saying there were “several people we want fired.” That’s not casual conversation… that’s gossip, cruelty, and power-tripping in the middle of a customer-facing environment. It was incredibly uncomfortable to overhear and completely shattered the positive vibe Dutch Bros usually stands for. I don’t know her name, but she’s newish, short, white, maybe around 30. And if I see her working again, I’ll be turning right around and taking my business elsewhere. I never thought I’d say this about a place I’ve loved for years, but the culture here has taken a serious nosedive.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
