Another day I had uncooked (COLD) egg bites i will say they fixed that issue just fine but its SO consistent and im tired if going up or through the drive through MULTIPLE times for 1 single order.
- DLDeraj LlihacSep 16, 20253.0Hey dunkin, I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese wraps and a brown sugar shaken espresso when I got to the window they had a mis-hap with the order which is fine the man at the window corrected. When he was given the bag he stated to his co workers it was still wrong. Now from my point of view it looked hostile but whoever it was snatched the bag from him aggressively and then threw another bag to give me. He was as professional as can be and he shouldn’t have to work in what I would have called a hostile work environment. Give him some recognition or if eligible move him on up he was very professional and polite. Sorry I can’t remember his name but look at the schedule from 16 September for morning shift and find out who he was. He doesn’t deserve to have to work with people that are hostile like that for just trying to fix a mistake.

The handful of times I’ve been there they have closed early or will leave you waiting at the speaker ignoring you until you drive away. The food taste like chemicals and is thrown in the bag without any care. Last time I went they were out of coffee midday. From now on I will opt in on going to Dutch Bro down the street where I know I will be treated well and served a great product. I’m officially breaking up with Dunkin.
