  Your employees are discussing when they are quitting while actively serving customers. There was mentions of lacks of communication and general displeasure as a whole. The atmosphere was uncomfortable with a lot of tension.. however, at no point were they rude. I hope positive changes come in the near future for the employees that work there. I think I'll seek elsewhere for food from now on though. Burrito was good 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Went thr today as a treat to my wife who has nvr bn to a Chipotle restaurant. She had Carne Asada, and I had 2 steak tacos. My wife loved her meal, but my meal was simply horrible. The meat was like eating "scraps". I had to spit out fat and gristle several times whch really dismayed me considering the $35 price of the meal whch is $12 more than other Mexican food places for the same thing. And they don't dice the meat up. You get 3 shirt steaks, not a spoonful of meat? The corn shells were really bland. No flavor at all. And the had no "refried beans". The best thing I had was the guacamole and the soft drinks. Ths place is "way overrated" and needs a caring touch. I'll nvr eat thr again.

  This place is poorly ran. I came in here twice, and both times they were out of food. The second time I came they were out of rice. How can you be out of rice? Get to the store and buy some. I wouldn't recommend going here ever.

  paid $21 for a bowl with half scoops of meat even though i asked for double meat, they didn’t even fill the spoon with meat when putting it in my bowl. if i’m paying $21 for a bowl i expect a full scoop. i also had guac which was $2.75 for reference. will be eating at the wilma location from now on since they actually provide better portions for what you are paying for. i shouldn’t be feeling the need to ask the server to add more without charging me for what they are supposed to provide in each scoop.

  We went on Veterans Day due to the deal they were having. The unprofessionalism is remarkable. The employees were talking about how hard they were working while on the line. They ran out of rice and said it would be 20 minutes. How do you run out of rice with 6 people in the kitchen? I had to ask multiple times to put a normal serving of beans on my bowl. The standards are extremely low. After waiting in line one hour, I realized I was overcharged and thankfully, I caught it while walking to the car. The lack of attention to detail is amazing. There was also a lady in the kitchen, with hair down to her hips, that was not wearing a net or any form of safety standard. I am not sure we will be back but this is one is sadly, better than the Wilma Rudolph location.
