  This Buffalo Wild Wings is not what it used to be. Service was slow, the staff seemed disengaged, and there was no sense of “glad you’re here” hospitality. The bar area was noticeably dirty—old receipts, food, and glasses left sitting around. The bartender mentioned that “no one wants to work today,” which I can understand to a point, but the restaurant wasn’t busy by any standard. That actually made me wonder why it was so empty on a big college game day… now I know why. Food came out quickly (likely because it was slow), but it didn’t taste very fresh. After finishing, we paid and walked over to Drake’s—best decision of the day. I’ve tried this Clarksville location several times and it’s consistently been blah. Management presence seems to be missing. Honestly, maybe someone from the Hendersonville location could step in and turn this place around.

  Dined in for lunch and had some of the worst, slowest service I’ve ever had. Ordered two appetizers, received one of them, and was eaten by my kids before our drinks had even shown up. Never got plates, silverware or napkins despite asking multiple times. Then the (nice) food runner dumped half of our order all over the ground and food had to be remade. But then they never cleaned all the spilled food and ranch dressing all over the ground and side of our table? Just bizarre. Really can’t justify giving this establishment our business again. 0/10.

  Stopped in to watch Sunday’s football game have some wings and a couple of beers. You would think during the game the place would be packed with people, but it was kind of like a regular day. that should’ve told me something right there, the traditional wings were Overly cooked and very dry halfway through the order of 10 piece the chicken was Not even warm and I ordered tater tots crispy. The tater tots were served crispy, but it was not even hot and at room temperature. I have to say, though the beer was spot on and the wet naps cleaned my fingers well. Disappointed in the food, How hard can it be to serve fresh cooked wings and tater tots. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location. The next time I do go back to a Buffalo wild wings I will definitely ask them, please cook my order fresh or will it be what’s already sitting back there under the warmer? Time will tell…

  Bdubs isnt what it used to be. Their wings have gone downhill over the past 10 years. They used to be larger with more sauce. The wings are now small, hardly any sauce, and very dry. The breaded pickles taste like a cucumber and not a pickle too. My family dined here yesterday and our server took a good amount of time before officially greeting us and asking what we wanted to drink. I would have understood if she was busy but we got there about 10 minutes after opening. After we got our food she disappeared for about 20 minutes and we were left eating most of our meal with no refills. We tried to dine in about 2 two weeks ago also and as we stood to wait for half an hour for a table to open up, I tried to grab the hosts attention (I literally was 3 feet to his side) and he stared ahead at nothing and watched me in his peripheral then turned to walk away so he didnt have to speak to me. I could understand if I was being a Karen. I wasn't in any way whatsoever. I never once huffed, complained, or gave him bad looks.Their food and staff suck real bad at this location. On the brightside, their sweet tea is really good though! And the mozzarella sticks have an amazing cheese pull! My son loves the cheese sticks.

  Always have a great time here and the staff is always very welcoming. We’ve had Maddie multiple times and the server who is a retired nurse (can’t remember your name, want to say Chrissy but I could be totally wrong) and they were very amazing! Also shout out to the food runner (also don’t know your name but you’re awesome (see photo)) who withheld interrupting a photo and then funny enough joined in on the next one. Love watching games here. Shout out to the young man host with the glasses and short curly hair who sat us and advised us it would be a second until the server came, I love the straightforwardness. Anyways 10/10 love this BWW over any others I’ve been to. P.S bring back endless any 2 appetizers!
