If I had a child working here I would be furious, the level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing to me. If you can’t handle working with people in a public setting it might be time for a new career path. I can see reviews have been left before about the level of customer service, so the owners have either done nothing or just don’t care enough to do anything. The entire management team needs to be trained properly on how to talk to someone. Just because you’re someone’s boss does not mean you can treat them with disrespect, especially Infront of customers.
