    They added a $7 tip onto my pickup order without permission. What's worse, it was added the exact moment before I tapped my card, deliberately tricking me into tipping $7 without consent. I noticed the charge on the receipt and pointed it out, but the employees just shrugged and said they can't refund "tips", even though I never agreed to the tip in the first place. They offered a couple of donut holes as compensation, but refused to budge on returning the money they stole. ABSURD! Do not buy anything here unless you want to be robbed.

    If I were the owner of this organization, I would be extremely disappointed. I stood at the glass for over 11 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me—not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you shortly.” Capital Brands Group presents itself as a veteran-owned organization, yet the level of customer service displayed tonight did not reflect the standards typically associated with that claim. With the company’s name prominently displayed, ownership may want to take a closer look at the employees and management running this location. This occurred on the night shift of 12/22. Service was unacceptably slow—especially considering business was not busy at the time.

    I just brought my children here at 5 PM on a Saturday. The door is locked. There’s like six people inside. They opened the locked door to let people out. I’m pretty sure that’s not legal… they then refused to let us come inside and get ice cream because and I quote “it would be like an hour. We should just go through the drive-through.”

    I went into the store today to pick up my child’s birthday cake, which was on time and very well made, while I was there I also asked for 3 scoops of ice cream…to which the employee said that they’re very busy and it may be 10-15 minutes wait. I was okay with that because they did the right thing and INFORMED me on how busy they were. HOWEVER there was a group of three individuals that were sat down and waiting on an order too. After 10 minutes one of these ladies got up, got upset about the wait, which was only 10 minutes, and started to get belligerent with the employees there. I did my self get upset and told her how rude she was and how they told her her wait time and there was no excuse to be disrespectful and insulting like she was doing to the employees. Even after my outburst and those from the customer, they keep their temperament in check, they remained kind, and they were very accommodating to these people. I’m leaving this review cause I was so highly impressed with these employees and how they keep their composure when I could not!
