I believe there names was Daniel and Laura they where really nice and gave me coupons for my kids and they also gave me a free drink to fill out a survey I loved the energy and wanted to leave a review đ we need more nice people like this in fast food restaurant environments

Ordered my food on mobile app, said food would be ready at 552 get there wait, wait, wait finally get to window and tell me have to pull up and wait more. Got my food at 612 and the manager that brought my food to my car called me something when he went back in. Terrible service đ

Used the drive thur and got a corn beef Ruben. Saw an advertisement for steak bits and thiught might as well give this a try. Best Ruben I have ever gotten from Arby's. The steak bits were over cooked, dry and the worst peice of meat I have ever put in my mouth. A fork to eat them with would have been nice too. Should have stayed with just the Ruben. Instead of wasting $10.00 on horrible dog food if a dog was dumb enough to eat it

Horrible customer service! When my husband had to go pick up his sandwich that was missing after we called and lady hung up on me, he went to pick his sandwich up and I called corporate. I just wanted what we paid for. Guess the Manager Ms. Dawn Wheztle doesnât care who she leaves in charge surely it wasnât her I spoke to and when I called back no answer, called from another phone heard my voice hung up on me again. Wow to much drama for me, my husband got there to pick his sandwich up he actually heard them talking about it â I told them they can come their sandwich upâ he said I am here to get my sandwich they disbursed the one with backpack tucked head and left. It wasnât the delivery everything had seals on it. Incompetent employees with no business being in customer service. No matter I called corporate.
