    we mobile ordered, included is the screenshot of my order, i COULD ignore the fact they didn't give me the marinara that comes with the mozzarella sticks, or the fact that i checked the box for arby's sauce but instead got horsey sauce, if it weren't for the whole french dip being wrong. only thing changed was to add bacon- they added jalapeños and what appeared to be carrots? not to mention there was very few customers in store if any- and nobody else in the drive thru line.

    I love Arby's very disappointed on how food was this time 2 chicken slider where burn and my beef and cheddar didn't even have cheddar 😔

    I believe there names was Daniel and Laura they where really nice and gave me coupons for my kids and they also gave me a free drink to fill out a survey I loved the energy and wanted to leave a review 🙂 we need more nice people like this in fast food restaurant environments
