  Went to the establishment at around 10 PM at night on March 6, 2026. Got to the speaker box and the person taking my order already had an attitude of not wanting to be there. Which I get because it’s so late. So I brushed it off and just placed my order. After I finish placing my order, she asked me what else and I just told her that’s it and drove forward. Got to the window and A young black girl was standing there, leaning against the window And said nothing, just took my card close the window gave me my card back and walked away. Then she came back practically through my food at me while handing it and just walked away. I was on the phone with someone. And even they agree, she had an attitude. Never coming here again

  Wrost place i had to order food. The manager on duty argued with me about how I wanted my sandwich made for 5 whole mins. All i wanted was sauce off my sandwichs. Don't recommend this place. Go to the one by Stateline rd its way better for customer service.

  Food was good, wife loves crinkle fries!The girl in the drive-thru was friendly and had a big smile. Great Job!

  I visited this establishment and they have these young people working who don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing. I ordered the steak lovers bowl. It had three pieces of meat in, and the mac & cheese was dry as a powder house I called and complained that I would be bringing this back but not tonight when I returned to the restaurant a couple of days later I went in it was not very inviting there were three people working, one being the GM, two Caucasian girls one working in the drive-through the other working behind the counter fixing the food. I stood there before anyone addressed me and watched the young lady prepare food with no gloves without washing her hands and touching everything causing cross contamination. I even saw her pick up a small trashcan and rake crumbs in the garbage and continue preparing food after the orders were complete. I saw her go to the side and play with her cell phone and all the time I never saw her wash her hands. This place is unsanitary and I wouldn’t take my dog there to eat!

  It's reasonable to be willing to pay that much for steak nuggets if they are tender, juicy, and flavorful. First, they're tiny. 9 of them come in a small cup about the size of a Mexican salsa side. Second, they are tough. There is nothing enjoyable about these at all. No flavor, and dipping it in the cheap fructose sauces doesn't help much. And third, for the same price you can buy a steak and prepare it at home in about as much time as it takes to get disappointed at these. And you'd have twice as many. And they would be absolutely delicious. Like these should be. But they are not.
