  I have been a regular at this Dutch Bros for almost 3 years. I order the exact same drink every time! I use to love coming here as it's a convenient location for my route to work and it's the closest to my home. The people normally are so welcoming and friendly but lately things haven't been the same. The last two times my drink was messed up terribly. I watched the first trainwreck when one employee didn't really know how to make a carburetor I but was told it's fine just do it anyways. The drink was so awful my friend went and actually got it remade for me. Then the last time I went I got a birthday drink ofc I got my same drink I always do and they recommended I get a large since it was free & I thought why not. When I got the coffee it looked good but tasted like burnt coffee & since it's a blended drink with espresso often it doesn't even taste much like coffee so that was strange. It was so awful I just went and got my free starbucks coffee and called it a day. My friend who also frequents this location went up and they mentioned I was there earlier & she let them know that my drink was not good again. The employee basically told her she knew it was messed up because they put double the espresso in my drink (which is 12 total) and the manager on duty just said it looked good enough and sent it out to me. I really hate that this location is going downhill. I'm now driving out of my way to go to the other locations where I know I will enjoy my drinks for the money I pay for them.

  Great spot for a bit of coffee. They also have waffles and muffin tops. Smoothies and milkshakes 2!

  I have loved this location and their order ahead but the last two times I've ordered ahead, it has been a huge problem. I'm ordering ahead 10-20 minutes before I arrive and they just "add me to the queue" when I get there PAST the pickup time. Last week, I still waited 10 more minutes after arriving for 1 drink and 3 food items. See the photo below for how the food was given. Then this morning, I placed my order for a single drink when I left my house, arrived almost 20 minutes after the order was placed to see if I could mitigate the time issue, and they still had not even started it. I was once again added to the queue. Waiting 30 minutes for an order after ordering ahead is not exactly best practice. I understand things get busy but they should either not advertise order ahead, OR have the ability to just shut it down if they cannot promise what they are advertising. Once again, I LOVE this location, but there's got to be better supports in place for the staff to be able to perform what Dutch Bros. is offering their customers.

  Dutch Bros never disappoints. The staff was upbeat and welcoming, and they really know how to keep the line moving. Drinks were made perfectly and tasted amazing. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots.
