- RSRhiannon SanchezApr 4, 20261.0How hard is it to read an order. I placed a mobile order for pick-up and did not receive my doughnut holes. I live 45 mins from the store and shouldn’t have to check my bag to make sure the workers are doing their job. There’s also no way for me to get my money back through the app. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Learn to do your job or quit I work at a food place and it’s not that hard to make an order correctly.

Waited 10 mins in the drive through just for my order to be wrong today Mar 29 at 3pm something. When the young lady gave me my drink it was dripping all on the sides, I received no napkins annnnnd it had whip cream, and no chocolate ….i told her i asked for no whip cream and wanted chocolate and she smacked her lips….i told her how you gonna smack your lips at me and get mad at me because you messed up my drink This young lady needs a retraining or something on customer service because this aint it

They are very slow and disorganized when it comes to the products people want. Keep the new lady up front.
