  I gave myself a week to cool off about my experience in Clarksville's Dave and Busters restaurant. I could have gone anywhere for my birthday, but I chose here. Not understanding the frustration I would put myslef through. First, the food was amazing and the waitress was great, but then came the gaming experience. Me and my family had a great time gaming and had alot of fun. When we went to cash out our points, we were told we had 2750 points, so we picked out our toys and thought that would be that. Instead, back at the register we were told we had 1700 less points than we did initially. Thats okay you can just talk to the manager of the toys and he can square it away. I wish this were true. You should have seen the look on my kids faces when the manager basically called me a liar, not to mention all the people around me. I have never been more embarrassed for an establishment in my life. I was more sad for the two girls working for him that he stood there telling he doesnt know what happened and they didnt do their jobs right. Then after shaking his head no and sliding a card at least 50 times, he repeated that its a mistake and that no points were ever awarded in that amount. He then credited me 100 points and made it seem like that was a favor. I apologize if this is unprofessional to post about, but the lady before me had come back in to talk about her point total as well. I hope this helps highlight and solve problems that ruined a, up until this, pleasurable experience from a 260 dollar meal. I tossed my card in the way out and my kids left with nothing, but a ruined birthday, pity for their father, and crushed spirits. Thanks Dave and Busters.

  Delivery drivers: DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS HERE!! they make you go way into the back of the store, then they dont start the order until you get there so you gotta wait 15-20 minutes on the food. This is for EVERY delivery order.......you've been warned!!!!!

  I spent 10 mins at the bar being ignored by two bar tenders and a manager and finally left. I just wanted a drink waiting for the kids to finish their games. This is the third time this same thing has happened and clearly this place isn’t going to change. Great for kids but pathetic for service.

  Come here if you want to be SEXUALLY HARASSED by a security guard, the people hired to ensure a safe experience, with the name C. HUGHES. He approached my friend and I asking an offensive question which stunned my friend and I. I obviously told my husband about the encounter and he went to confront this security guard about his vulgar remarks. Once my husband went over, the security guard (c. hughes) began trying to intimate him with his inflated male ego, in a failed attempt to show that he wants my husband to back down. Please keep in mind that my husband is very non-confrontational, and a respected healthcare professional trying to enjoy his little afforded off time. Afterwards, this security guard proceeded to involve management, which you would think would be the solution to a problem that this “security guard” caused. WRONG. The management fully backed up this sexual predator and even dismissed this allegation as a whole, responding with “that didn’t happen”. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, we were asked to LEAVE due to management taking this security guards’ side of the story. which not to mention, didn’t even bother talking to the women who were sexually harassed. Kind of strange for a manager who is a woman herself… I feel disgusted with the behavior that they condone at this dave and buster’s and I hope no man nor woman has to encounter this joke of a security guard.
