  Why do restaurants feel the need to hire people who are rude and have a bad attitude for no reason. What happened to ya'lls 13 characteristics bs. Obviously yall just be hiring anyone. Customer service is non existent in this restaurant.

  This is probably the worst location in Clarksville which is unfortunate because they are the newest location. It is 2pm in the afternoon and they are out of everything. Not only that but the portions are soooooo small and the employees are rude. Zero stars!!!!!

  Terrible!! Do not bother supporting this Chipotle location. I paid $23 for three soft tacos and received a very small amount of meat, it was honestly ridiculous. When I asked if that was their normal portion, the employee had to check with a coworker, who said, “No, you’re doing it right, we get yelled at if we add more.” On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff was unfriendly, and the attitude I received made the experience even worse. The restaurant itself was also dirty. I’m literally eating a tortilla more than anything! Didn’t even asked me if I was going to eat there or Togo, which I wanted to sit and eat and enjoy it! Joke is on me!!! This was my first time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Not coming back. Update after eating: the meat tasted terrible. Like it was bad!!! Had to throw away, what a waste of money!

  The inside was unkempt, trash on the floor, tables were not clean, and the tray that I was given to hold my order was dirty. The tacos that I ordered were cold, the tortilla wasn't even warmed up and it held very little meat. The price was ridiculously expensive, $52 for 3 cold tacos and 2 bowls. My 1st and last time I ever order Chipotle.

  I have been to some great Chipotle restaurants, I have been to some not so great. This one takes the trophy for biggest waste of my money. I ordered two quesadillas from the digital menu. Both were looking like smashed rolled burritos not quesadillas. They were much smaller than usual. Yes I know the kids size versus the larger one you can only purchase digitally. These were a mess. Smaller than usual smashed matted layers of tortilla, then I ordered two sides of rice for each and was only given one side in one of the orders. I got cheated and will not be back. Chipotle was a great place at one time but now it is a corporate let down.
