- KHKiera Hartman1 day ago5.0I had gone Rally's a couple days after the opening and the customer service and the employees were very nice, very respectful the food was absolutely fresh. While they were out of mozzarella sticks, I cannot complain due to them being open for less than two weeks and the high volume of customers they must've received, so I cannot complain on that part, whatsoever.
- AMA. Moore-Simms2 days ago3.0I am a little disappointed. Why did I order a large loaded fry and they barely had toppings? 😩 At least the mozzarella stix were good and fresh. I wanted to try the cheese steak bites but they didn't have any. I didn't think they'd run out of items so fast considering they just opened 3 days ago and know the amount of customers they'd have.
- JNJei N.2 days ago3.0We were so excited to go to Checkers because I’ve been missing it. Once in a while, I even go all the way to Hopkinsville for Rally’s just to get our favorites. But honestly, this visit was really disappointing. I ordered my food and they gave me the wrong item, and I specifically asked for no onions but they still added them and also the chicken fries box chicken was so hard to chew, like a rubber. On top of that, the drink was mostly ice… I only got like three sips and it was gone. If I’m paying more than $20 for our food, at least make sure the order is right!!

Tonight was the first night I went to checkers off of Fort Campbell and I ordered the baconzilla burger meal and My Wife ordered the chicken bite box with fries and my sandwich was not correct and my wife’s food was not fresh and I am very disappointed.
- PHPatrice Harris6 days ago2.0The lady in drive the was awesome. However they left off mozzarella sticks on our order instead of make it right Jay thought the price of mozzarella sticks was worth more than making it right with the customer. If I pay my money please make sure all the things right.
