Clarksville location is closed with no sign on the door, nothing. Why have your app/website still take orders if you're closed indefinitely? I would love to get my money back for the overpriced food I ordered through their app the other day, but I probably won't.

I put in an online order for pickup in Clarksville. Went to pickup my food, the restaurant is closed and there is no way to get ahold of management! They should not be allowing orders to go through in Clarksville on the website! When I called the Nashville restaurant I was told that I MIGHT get my money back as it’s just “floating” in the bank. Absolutely ridiculous!

The website shows no indication of the establishment no longer being open for business. I placed an online order, received a txt confirming my order, and email “tell us about your service”, to arrive at the restaurant and it be completely empty!! They are still processing transactions causing unnecessary disputes to be filed to get your money back.

I ordered food from this location online and they aren’t even open, I called and left a voicemail yesterday and still no response.. I called the location in Nashville and they said they have different owners and to dispute it with my bank. Don’t order from here to save yourself a headache!
The store is closed. They took my online order and money out of my account. I can't get anyone on the phone and the store is not open.
