- ETErin TurnerMar 28, 20261.0The weekend crew needs to be fully retrained especially the manager on duty, they keep her there nights and weekends for a reason it would seem, Rude and has zero customer service skills. The past 3 times we have had bojangles on the weekend they have left something out of the bag, once, ok accident, mistakes happen, second time, dang but ok they are human , third time and she still doesn’t care, didnt apologize for my inconvenience not even once, told me I could talk to general manager ( the real manager ) and she hung up! She has no place in management, i will get her name and contact corporate, it won’t do much but they should know she is a menace to have as a team Leader! No example I’d want to have my staff follow for sure!! She needs heavy customer service etiquette training! And to work on her people skills in general!

If I had a child working here I would be furious, the level of unprofessionalism is mind blowing to me. If you can’t handle working with people in a public setting it might be time for a new career path. I can see reviews have been left before about the level of customer service, so the owners have either done nothing or just don’t care enough to do anything. The entire management team needs to be trained properly on how to talk to someone. Just because you’re someone’s boss does not mean you can treat them with disrespect, especially Infront of customers.
