    Pretty long, pretty wrong, pretty Ugly! 2/10 would NOT recommend. Ordered online. While waited in the long drive thru line I watched an associate leaned over front counter on elbows - scrolling on the phone. My time eventually came to approach the window. During order handoff, I asked for condiments and cutlery. The same pretty, plus sized girl leaning on the counter rolled her eyes & stated "everything is in the bag". After a quick check, I advised her they were not in the bag. I passed the bag BK for her to quickly drop the requested items in. She quickly becomes argumentative and begins reading the ticket aloud & stated I didnt request condiments. I calmly requested them again, as I was ready to pull away. She was far more interested in a verbal exchange than dropping req. Items into the bag- so I could leave. I repeated my request again...this time I was semi pleading because too much time had gone by and the person behind me was a Dasher. Finally, she turned away to grab the items and complained to a co worker about my repeat request. When she turned BK around I accepted the bag and called her "Lazy" bc she failed to include cutlery. This was my first and last visit to this location! I didn't order online to argue, prolong, or have to stop at a gas station nearby to reheat my food & grab cutlery. The associates attitude was insufferable. The energy exhausted yelling out the window as I pulled away- with a lukewarm incomplete order could hv been used elsewhere. IMO, While she was initially leaning she should hv been cleaning or at least expediting! Ppl like her are toxic to a crew/team and bad for business. Lost my appetite after her antics and "show". What a waste of time, gas, and money!

    I went to Wendy's on 58 hwy, after church. I drove through the drive thru. The guy that took my order appeared to be in a hurry while I tried to give the number to identify my order. I tried to tell him no mayonnaise and onions. He just completely cut me off. I thought for a minute I was speaking foreign language. When I got to the window to pay. I explained it was for a child in the back sit.. He then asked me to pulled around and they would bring it out. I pulled around and parked. It took forever to get the food. Finally one got came out with my order. I explained to him that it wasn't for me, that it was for a child. He just looked at me with such disstain and hate, he didn't even reply. He turned and walked back in the side door . I advised the kids, it must have been really busy. But, I will always remember how people treat me from that particular location,so I will never go back. This happened back in July of 2025. Even to this day, I have never revisit.

    The worker literally just handed me this not even 2 minutes ago. Is this hot cocoa or a frosty? I can’t tell because this warm mess can’t be what I paid for. Not to mention the rude lady. Save your money and go on down the road. Zero customer service skills.

    I went to get two different types of frosties. One being the normal brownie batter and the other being the Oreo brownie batter. Not only did the normal brownie batter not contain ANY brownie batter, it tasted like mint. Like their girl Scott frosty. I’m not sure if they are just not cleaning their supplies or what but that’s NOT what I ordered. And my Oreo brownie batter was literally just a vanilla frosty with Oreos on top. That’s insane that people are paying for stuff and getting a completely different thing. Makes no sense and I was pulled up and had to wait for my order. I had to wait for two frosties that were made completely wrong.
